Super Mario Odyssey was provided to PowerUp! by Nintendo.The Sand Kingdom from Super Mario Odyssey has been intergrated into the all-time N64 classic Super Mario 64 thanks to an enterprising modder with a talent for level design. Once you put them on, you won’t want to take them off. Speak to the Special Coin salesman and you’ll be able to buy the Super Mario 64 hat for 5 coins and the Super Mario 64 clothes for 15. The Crazy Cap in the Mushroom Kingdom is right near the Odyssey, just next to the fountain. You’ll need to collect 20 special Mushroom Kingdom coins and head to Crazy Cap. To unlock the costume, you’ll need to complete the story and be able to travel to the Mushroom Kingdom.
He’s all blocky, flatly textured and looks hilariously out of place in the immaculately detailed Super Mario Odyssey. Instead of the gorgeously rendered character seen on-screen for the duration of the game, the Super Mario 64 hat and clothes downscale him. This makes Mario look exactly as he did in Super Mario 64, albeit in HD. One of the most fun costumes though is the Super Mario 64 costume. You can be a chef, pirate, topless, an astronaut, a cowboy and more. Super Mario Odyssey is the first Mario title to let players change the hero’s clothes.
